First trimester - You'll have enough energy and dynamism for four people! Perhaps you'll be too inclined to overeat red meat and spicy dishes, but you'll put up with them well; there will therefore be no danger in this respect. Anyway eat enough green vegetables which should not be overcooked. Some tiredness by the end of the period. Practice some sport or at least do some exercise if you want your brain to function at a high speed. It's the regularity of physical exercise that is important, not its intensity.
Second trimester - You'll be inclined to be too lightly dressed. If you want to avoid a relapse of your small respiratory disorders, be careful and think of covering yourself better. Do not compare yourself to people who are more lightly dressed: they may not be so sensitive to cold as you are. Fairly often during this period you might suffer from migraines and headaches, probably because you'll have eye problems or because you'll tend to tire yourself out. It would be good for you to rest a few minutes from time to time during the day.
Third trimester - If you tend to be overweight, this period will be right for embarking on a dietary program. There should be no question of depriving yourself of good things but of eating right and healthy. If you are in a sunny region, do not expose yourself too long and, above all, protect your eyes with good sunglasses and a cap. Because of your nervousness in the last month of the period, beware of clumsy movements, especially in your home when you're using electric appliances or sharp tools. Be careful when you go up or down staircases or use an escalator.
Fourth trimester - You'll need to exert yourself physically. Your equilibrium will depend on it. If you neglect exercise, you may become a tyrant for your nearest and dearest. Around the middle of this period, you'll be vulnerable to some skin problems. You must then regularly eat raw water cress and cabbage in order to eliminate your toxins well. Go without assorted delicatessen and canned foods. If your intestine is sensitive, do not let yourself be tempted by the vegetarian fad; this kind of diet is too rich in fibers and therefore cannot certainly suit you. Meat, whatever people may say, is indispensable to the good functioning of our organism.
